Operations Manager - ELV

We are looking for an experienced ELV Operations Manager to oversee all ELV project operations, ensuring timely delivery, technical compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ELV project operations from planning to handover.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure material, manpower, and equipment mobilization on schedule.
• Review technical drawings, submittals, and project specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and HSE compliance.
• Foster vendor relationships and coordinate procurement needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' in Electrical, Electronics, or IT Engineering.
• 7–12 years ELV industry experience (3+ years in managerial role).
• Strong knowledge of UAE ELV market and authority regulations.
• Proven leadership, project management, and financial skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
