Key Responsibilities-
Receive and process leads efficiently

Prepare and analyze sales reports for management and sales teams

Track monthly sales performance and identify improvement areas

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
-
Coordinate between departments to issue client contracts
-
Manage and complete account review forms accurately
-
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
-
Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated records
-
Assist in quality assurance (monitoring sales call performance)
Requirements-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager, or Operational Role)

Industry Background: Real Estate, Banking, or Automotive
Skills & Competencies-
Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Outstanding organizational and time management skills
