Operational Resilience consultant - Banking

Overview

A major financial services organisation is looking for an Operational Resilience consultant to support resilience framework implementation and infrastructure assessments within a regulated banking environment.

This role is open to international talent, provided there is strong banking-sector operational resilience experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Operational Resilience framework design and delivery within banking
• Contribute to Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities
• Perform infrastructure and resilience assessments
• Support Active-Active and high-availability process reviews
• Align resilience activities with regulatory expectations, including DORA
• Support testing, documentation, and resilience reporting

Required Experience

• 7+ years' experience in Operational Resilience or BCM within banking
• Strong knowledge of DORA
• Experience with infrastructure resilience and Active-Active processes
• Proven delivery experience within regulated financial services environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working in GCC or Middle East banking environments
