Operational Risk Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to support our risk management function by identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze incidents, evaluate controls, and help strengthen risk processes to ensure compliance and reduce potential losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess operational risks across business units.
• Maintain risk registers, KRIs, and incident logs.
• Analyze operational incidents and perform root-cause reviews.
• Support control testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare regular risk reports for management.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years’ experience in operational risk, internal audit, or controls.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of risk frameworks and banking/financial processes.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹278,714.47 - ₹535,426.91 per year
