Operational Sales Manager

We’re Hiring – Operational Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a competent and results-driven Operational Sales Manager to support and manage overall business operational sales activities in Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily sales and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and prepare regular performance analysis reports.

· Coordinate between sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

· Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control.

· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and recruitment agencies where applicable.

· Ensure proper forecasting, planning, and resource allocation to meet business demands.

· Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

· Support team training, performance monitoring, and productivity enhancement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local business regulations.

· Handle customer escalations and ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the operations of sales team in recruitment/Employment agencies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets
  • Recent Experience in the Doha market.
