Operational Solutions (IT) Supervisor

You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;

• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O,
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting,
• Technical support and problem-solving skills,
• Good command of English,
• Basic SQL skills,
• Aptitude for communication and teamwork,
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail,
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software,
• Project management skills.

Main Responsibilities;

• Management and support of financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system,
• Solving user problems and providing technical support,
• Analyzing and improving financial processes,
• Organizing user trainings and preparing documentation,
• Conducting system updates and maintenance activities,
• Providing financial reporting and data analysis support.
