with excellent expertise in
MS Excel
to manage day-to-day administrative operations, data management, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office activities while supporting management with accurate reports and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.

Maintain, organize, and update records, files, and documentation.

Prepare, analyze, and present reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Support management in data analysis for decision-making and performance tracking.

Handle scheduling, coordination of meetings, and communication across teams.

Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.

Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and operational trackers.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot, Lookups, Macros preferred).

Good knowledge of
MS Office Suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
