Job Title: Admin Associate / Administrator

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (with strong proficiency in MS Excel)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Professional with excellent expertise in MS Excel to manage day-to-day administrative operations, data management, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office activities while supporting management with accurate reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain, organize, and update records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
  • Support management in data analysis for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Handle scheduling, coordination of meetings, and communication across teams.
  • Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and operational trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, Lookups, Macros preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to handle large data sets accurately.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
