Looking for Customer Care Executive:-
Positive and Polite to Customers & Internal team members,
Zero tolerance of misbehaving. -
Good communication skills, written especially. - Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports -
Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment - Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes -
Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole -
Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project -
Regular follow ups on Pending Task / Maintaining list of Task Done and Pending with complete Remarks for Future reference. -
Should be flexible in calling and other work assignments. -
Connect with other internal stakeholders to resolve the Cases reported by our Customers. Requirements : -
Graduate, Full Time
Experience 1-4 year - in customer service/Emailing/Chat
Flexible approach to working hours 24x7
According to the Business requirements. -
Familiarity working with diverse market landscape, platforms/ products etc and Interact with software / Hardware Department to fix the concern. -
Strong interpersonal skills, communication, presentational skills and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and attention to detail. - Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
