About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day running of our automotive garage. This is a generalist role that sits between accounting, procurement, and floor operations.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager / GM, ensuring that finances are tracked, parts are ordered on time, and workshop operations run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable switching between desk work and shop floor coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Support
- Record daily sales, invoices, and receipts
- Track cash, card, bank, and POS transactions
- Maintain basic books (sales, expenses, vendor payments)
- Assist with payroll coordination (WPS, advances, overtime)
- Prepare simple weekly summaries for management
- Coordinate with external accountant / auditor
Procurement & Parts Ordering
- Order spare parts, consumables, and workshop supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and delivery
- Track parts usage against job cards
- Ensure parts are available before work begins
- Maintain basic inventory and reorder levels
Workshop & Floor Operations
- Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day floor supervision
- Ensure job cards are followed and updated
- Coordinate between technicians, sales, and management
- Track job progress, delays, and completion timelines
- Support quality checks before vehicle delivery
Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a bridge between:
- Operations
- Sales
- Finance
- Maintain simple trackers (jobs, parts, expenses)
- Highlight issues early (delays, shortages, overruns)

Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in operations, accounting, or workshop coordination
- Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, expenses, payments)
- Experience with procurement or vendor coordination
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Automotive workshop experience is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus)
