Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Assist in basic accounting activities including invoice management, expense tracking, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate operational efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies and manage procurement requirements.
- Support management in reporting, documentation, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, operations, or basic accounting.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software (Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
