Operations & Admin Executive

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Executive to manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, and basic accounting. If you’re organized, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in basic accounting activities including invoice management, expense tracking, and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate operational efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage procurement requirements.
  • Support management in reporting, documentation, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration, operations, or basic accounting.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software (Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
