Position Summary:
The Operations Administrative Assistant supports the operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks, client communication, and project coordination.
This role is focused on keeping projects organized, ensuring clear communication with clients, and assisting with internal processes such as scheduling and permitting follow-ups.
It’s a hands-on position suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.
