Operations Agent

• Coordinate and confirm travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel packages.
• Liaise with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Support the sales team by processing itineraries, invoices, travel documents, and confirmations.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with a high level of customer care.
• Monitor and manage bookings to avoid overbookings or errors.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements.
