We are seeking a detailoriented Operations Agent (Onboarding & Document Configuration Specialist). This role will be responsible for the endtoend processing of customer form requests, using a mix of proprietary AIenabled tools and the company's SaaS platform. Serve as a critical bridge between customer needs and compliance standards, ensuring that every document is built, tested, and delivered with 100% accuracy. This is a backoffice and chatbased support role that requires independent critical thinking and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers.
Proven experience managing compliancecritical documents or data where precision is non- negotiable.
- Ability to follow complex SOPs while identifying patterns, flagging potential issues, and clarifying expectations.
Comfortable navigating and mastering new webbased platforms (Onboarded, Claude, Pylon) with minimal hand- holding.
A stable, high- speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
Nice to have

Prior experience in HR Tech, document processing, or US employment compliance.
Familiarity with lowcode/nocode or form- building tools.
Background in Solutions Delivery or customer- facing support roles.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Pylon, Zendesk, or Intercom.

When you join LTVplus Your Mission will be to
Process incoming requests via the Pylon ticketing system to build and configure forms using the company's SaaS platform and AI
- tool pdfJet.
- Assist in building critical compliance materials and documentation for customers and internal compliance teams.
Follow strict SOPs for form building, QA, and delivery to ensure zero- error output.
- Provide proactive status updates and flag blockers to the internal team via Slack.
- Handle additional configuration tasks, including policy building, automation setup, and general customer support as needed.
Working conditions
Monday to Friday, 830 AM – 5
- 30 PM MST
- Email/Chat for customer and team coordination.
