Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Analyst (Dividend Specialist) to join the Wealth Management Operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of all mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments. This role involves maintaining distribution calendars, managing communications from fund agents, and performing detailed reconciliation and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for assigned fund companies.
• Maintain and update distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groups.
• Monitor communications from fund agents and create corresponding transactions in the dividend system.
• Prepare trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments.
• Analyze quality control reports and research ledger variances as needed.
• Maintain and report control metrics to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and operate independently when required.
• Commit to full-time work with additional overtime during peak periods (especially year-end).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting .
• 0–2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, and reporting).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with mutual fund operations , dividend processing, or investment accounting.
• Understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the mutual fund industry .
