Role Overview

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to streamline processes.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Support project planning and execution with data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.
• Assist in implementing new systems and operational strategies.
• Provide recommendations for cost savings and resource optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Knowledge of ERP systems and operational reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR22,000.00 per month
