Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Retail Banking Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives across digital banking, core banking systems, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document retail banking business and functional requirements
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps, and UAT scenarios
• Work across CASA, deposits, cards, loans, onboarding, and digital banking
• Map customer journeys (current & future state) including controls and SLAs
• Coordinate with business, IT, compliance, risk, and vendor teams
• Support SIT/UAT, defect tracking, go-live, and stabilization

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services
• Strong retail banking domain experience (mandatory)
• Experience in core banking, digital banking, cards, loans, or branch operations
• Expertise in BRD/FSD documentation, process mapping, and UAT coordination
• Understanding of KYC, compliance, and banking processes
