Operations Analyst

Finance

• Support cost efficiency by analysing operational expenses and identifying savings opportunities
• Assist in tracking budget utilization and highlighting variances
Contribute to financial reporting through accurate operational data analysis.

Customer

• Support improvement of service quality by analysing customer-related operational data.
• Identify issues impacting customer satisfaction and report findings.
Assist in ensuring operational processes meet customer expectations.

Internal Process

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight performance deviations.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or reporting tools.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

People

• Work closely with operations teams to support smooth workflow execution.
• Assist in communication of performance insights and reporting findings.
Support collaboration between departments to improve operational efficiency.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• High school qualification with strong relevant experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis.
• Emirati National ONLY.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and reporting skills.
