As an Operations Analyst , you’ll play a critical role in supporting the growth and optimization of the DiDi Mobility driver platform in Egypt. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience managing critical tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to cross-functional projects under clear guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced working environment.

【In this role you will be】

• Assisting with the performance monitoring of one of the company’s most impactful Driver acquisition channels to ensure sustained growth and optimal results.
• Supporting incentive management, including designing, configuring, and monitoring results to align with business objectives.
• Responsible for payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in disbursing funds related to operational activities.
• Supporting offline acquisition workflows and providing hands-on assistance when needed.
• Analyzing data to monitor acquisition-related project outcomes and generating actionable insights to improve workflows and enhance performance.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects and the rollout of new features related to the driver app, including incentive planning and performance monitoring.
• Taking on ad hoc tasks and initiatives with a results-oriented, “can-do” attitude to tackle challenges and add value to the business.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A strong growth mindset with a passion for learning, going the extra mile, and adapting to new challenges.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive and down-to-earth approach, willing to take on any task that contributes to the team’s success.
• Basic analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn data visualization tools; SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
