Operations Analyst

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

  • Support in tracking operational costs and budget utilization.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and variance analysis.
  • Monitor expenses and highlight deviations against budget.
  • Contribute to cost optimization initiatives.

Customer

  • Analyze customer-related data to identify trends and service improvement opportunities.
  • Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
  • Provide insights to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Internal Process

  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

People

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
  • Assist in training or guiding teams on reporting tools and data usage.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS .

  • Emirati National
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or business reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting tools (Power BI is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
