Operations Analyst & Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Engineer to manage and support Open Finance platforms, APIs, and backend microservices hosted on OpenShift. The role involves ensuring system stability, SLA adherence, and seamless operations across both production and disaster recovery (DR) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Open Finance platforms, APIs, and microservices running on OpenShift, ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and platform stability across Production and DR environments.

• Perform first-level incident triage, analyze alerts, and coordinate with technical and business teams for timely issue resolution.

• Execute operational runbooks, including environment validations, recovery steps, deployment readiness checks, and daily health monitoring.

• Manage the complete ticket lifecyclelog, classify severity, track SLA progress, escalate when needed, and maintain accurate documentation in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

• Act as a central communication point between Operations, Product, Infrastructure teams, and external FinTech partners for incident updates, planned changes, and service communications.

• Prepare and publish operational dashboards, incident summaries, compliance reports, and audit evidence for internal and external reviews.

• Identify recurring incidents, perform trend analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and reliability enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in application or platform support, preferably in Open Finance, Banking, or API-driven environments.

• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, microservices, API monitoring tools, and ITSM processes.

• Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and experience in incident & problem management.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
