What You'll Do
We are looking for a Senior HR Operations professional with strong generalist and hands-on operational experience to manage the entire employee lifecycle. You will lead onboarding, offboarding, transfers, mobility, immigration support, and daily HR operations to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience across all stages.
【Employee Lifecycle Operations】
·Own and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and mobility processes.
·Lead end-to-end onboarding operations: pre-boarding, document collection, system creation, orientation coordination, and first-day readiness.
·Manage offboarding: clearance, documentation, exit processing, system deactivation, and compliance requirements.
·Ensure all lifecycle processes are standardized, documented, and executed consistently across business units.
·Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR data with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
·Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Payroll, IT and Admin to ensure smooth transitions during employee movements.
【HR Policy Enablement & Governance】
·Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
·Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across all business units.
·Regularly review work with relevant department and update HR policies to reflect changes in employment laws and best practices.
【HR Process Standardization & Optimization】
·Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are well-integrated and operationally sound.
·Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation and internal mobility, etc..
【Quality Controal & Employee Experience】
·Ensure seamless execution of HR policies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
·Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers.
·Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions where needed.
·Implement a quality audit framework to regularly assess HR operations, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
What We Need From You
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 4+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience in a fast-scaling or international environment.
·Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
·Practical experience in onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and immigration support.
·Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process execution skills.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·Ability to work independently (IC role) with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
·Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
