Senior Human Resources – Spider Access

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Availability: Immediate

Spider Access is growing—and we’re seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources to lead our human resources function in the KSA. If you have a passion for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Your Role:

  • Lead the HR function across all business units, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance with KSA labor regulations, Zakat & Tax obligations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Implement employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives to enhance performance and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
  • Lead HR reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to influence and advise senior management.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
