They're growing fast and need someone who can dig into broken workflows, fix them, and build systems that prevent the same problems from recurring. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role on a small team where your work will be visible from day one.
Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in client activation and workflow pipelines

Build and maintain operational databases with clean, reliable data structures

Track and analyze key metrics including conversion rates, cycle time, and drop-off points

Work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and move stalled accounts forward

Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, and support teams to fix root causes

Build automation and reporting tools that replace manual processes over time

Use AI tools to surface patterns, flag risk, and accelerate analysis
Must-Have Skills:

Strong SQL — able to independently query and work with messy, real-world datasets

Experience building data models and tracking operational or funnel metrics

Comfortable working directly with clients or vendors to resolve issues in real time
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Python for automation, light scripting, or data analysis

Experience with APIs or third-party system integrations
