Operations Analyst (Warehouse / Logistics)

Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support warehouse performance optimization and operational efficiency. This role focuses on analyzing warehouse workflows, tracking productivity, improving processes, and partnering with warehouse leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Duties

• Analyze and optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping
• Evaluate workforce scheduling and labor productivity
• Design and maintain a Productivity Tracking System
• Participate in warehouse layout optimization to improve operational efficiency
• Support SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) standardization and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and operations team to improve productivity, accuracy, and overall performance
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Provide operational insights and recommendations based on warehouse data

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience with WMS systems
• SQL and Power BI experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately with operational data
• Good communication skills and ability to work with warehouse operations teams

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
