Hiring Operations and Admin for IT(ELV) company.

  • 3+ years experience as operations and Admin in IT/Technical industry, preferably in UAE
  • 1+ year proven experiencein inventory Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to work independently and managing office alone.
  • Ability to handle office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Must handle stock and schedule daily work routine.
  • Basic knowledge in accounting and tally prime software.
  • Knowledge of VAT and other UAE accounting standards and regulations.
  • Must know payroll calculation.
  • Basic knowledge in Autocad.
  • Must be familiar with handling Government and legal documents.
  • Excellent​ communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Candidates with own visa preferred
  • Male candidates preferred.

Job Location : Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : AED 2000-3000 per month
