Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Customer Service Assistant
to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work across logistics, customer service, and light technical tasks. Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily logistics and shipping activities

Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy

Perform light technical work, including basic wireless system repairs (training provided)

Support customers using ERP and CRM systems

Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations

Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Occasionally travel within North America to support company projects

Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
