Job Summary:

The Operations & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operational activities and managing the efficient movement of goods, information, and documentation. The role ensures timely coordination of shipments, accurate tracking of orders, and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational flow, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and collections.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or logistical issues.

2. Inventory & Order Tracking

• Track orders from processing to delivery and ensure timely updates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock movements.
• Update logistics and inventory data in internal systems or Excel trackers.

3. Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
• Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and operational issues.
• Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders.

4. Scheduling & Operational Support

• Assist in planning delivery schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and manage logistics-related documents such as invoices, purchase orders (POs), delivery notes, and shipping records.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

6. Field Operations Support

• Deliver products to customers as required.
• Pick up goods or materials from customer warehouses or supplier locations.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation during delivery and collection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain support
• Valid driving license (preferred, especially for delivery responsibilities)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general internet applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability with a practical, solution-oriented approach
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
