Overview:
We’re looking for a confident and curious leader to guide our Corporate Filings team. As the Operations and Team Lead, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly, coach and develop your team, and look for ways to make things work better for our clients and our internal processes. You’ll work closely with our Site Manager to make sure we’re delivering excellent service while building a strong and supportive team culture.
This team handles business filings at the Secretary of State level. We help clients start and maintain their businesses by managing the paperwork that makes it all possible. If you have strong filings knowledge, enjoy solving operational puzzles, and care deeply about helping people grow, you might be a great fit.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Corporate Filings team, ensuring all filings are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company and state requirements
- Train, coach, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, delivering feedback, and supporting personal and professional growth
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and recognition
- Collaborate with the Site Manager on staffing, strategy, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the team is well-supported and aligned with broader goals
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex filings or client situations, guiding the team in resolving issues and ensuring a strong client experience
- Monitor team performance through audits, metrics, and data, using insights to recommend and implement process improvements
- Support cross-functional collaboration by clearly communicating updates, best practices, and operational needs across internal departments
- Build and maintain relationships with Delaware state agencies and local partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations
- Stay current on regulations and internal processes, ensuring all tools, documentation, and training materials reflect the latest requirements and filing procedures
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email, helping resolve filing-related questions, clarifying requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and state agencies
- Promote and implement company initiatives, helping the team adapt to new tools, policies, and workflows with clear and positive communication
- Champion a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members feel empowered, valued, and equipped to succeed
- This position is considered “Office Only (OO)” and must be in-office to do all responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for building trust motivating and developing your team
- Experience in business filings registered agent services or related fields is a plus but what matters most is your drive to learn and grow
- Integrity and positivity are a must you act honestly transparently and bring a can do attitude every day
- Clear and friendly communicator both written and verbal who can help clients and teammates understand sometimes complex processes
- A problem solver who follows through and isn’t afraid to tackle challenges head on
- Comfortable learning new tools and training others on software email and document management systems
- Self motivated and eager for personal growth always looking for ways to improve and take initiative
- Flexible and adaptable ready to support change and company goals while working independently when needed
- A strategic thinker who aligns daily team efforts with bigger company objectives and drives accountability

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
