Key Responsibilities

· Daily monitoring of the availability and functionality of all delivery platforms across all restaurant locations.

· Ensure menu accuracy by checking availability, descriptions, and pricing across platforms.

· Assist store managers with delivery-related concerns, coordinating with platform account managers and support teams.

· Update photos and descriptions as needed to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.

· Assist restaurant teams in resolving dashboard technical issues, coordinating with IT and delivery platform aggregators as necessary.

· Add new menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef and marketing team.

· Monitor and consolidate cancelled and refunded orders posted in the delivery group and emails.

· Investigate order discrepancies by coordinating with restaurant managers and requesting detailed reports.

· Communicate with delivery platforms to seek clarification and process settlement requests.

· Work with the accounts department to ensure proper reconciliation of aggregator refunds and settlements.

· Encode daily sales figures to be send to the Executives.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs and strategic goals.

· File and manage invoices from external vendors, including Come-Come, Kitchen Park, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs and strategic goals.

· Extract and analyze dine-in item sales reports when required.

· Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.

· Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

· Perform analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and basic charting.

· Generate detailed and summary reports for delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Careem, Talabat, Noon Food.

· Compare POS sales vs. Accounts reports in the Target Matrix to track discrepancies and trends

· Distribute sales reports to restaurant managers and the marketing team for record-keeping and updates.

· Assist in ad-hoc data requests and prepare clear, concise summaries for

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

· Previous experience in operations, logistics, or the food service industry is an advantage but not required.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to analyze operational and sales reports, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Google Workspace or data tools is a plus.

· Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
