  • An Operations Assistant supports daily business activities by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing records, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth workflows, acting as a crucial link between teams and management to boost efficiency and meet operational goals through tasks like inventory, scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Filing, data entry, managing documents, ordering supplies, and general office support.
  • Coordination: Scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and facilitating communication between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Process Management: Assisting with implementing new procedures, monitoring workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • ** Reporting & Monitoring**: Tracking key operational metrics and generating reports.
  • ** Project Support**: Helping with project implementation and ensuring deadlines are met. Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving issues from customers and partners. Essential Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and potentially other software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Typical Requirements: High school diploma; business-related degree often preferred. Attention to detail and business acumen.

Pay: ₹8,331.53 - ₹23,889.53 per month
