Operations Assistant

Job Summary

Applicant must have proven experience and skills in the following areas:

- Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills,

- Must possess confidence and comfort level with computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!!

- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.

- Ability to be organized, work independently, and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- receiving shipments and inventory

- preparing client invoices & follow up

- answering client inquiries

- help to maintain customer database and organizing scheduled work

- support management as needed
