Operations Assistant

webEVV is looking for an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations across client setup, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who can follow processes, communicate clearly, and keep work moving without needing constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up new client accounts and organizing client information
  • Support internal operational tasks related to client transitions and system setup
  • Handle scheduling tasks inside webEVV (visits, staff, basic updates as needed)
  • Communicate with clients to collect missing info and confirm details
  • Maintain spreadsheets and internal trackers, keep records accurate and organized
  • Basic admin work: email follow-ups, document organization, calling/texting when needed
  • Report issues clearly to the team and help test fixes or confirm resolutions

Requirements

  • Fluent English required (spoken and written)
  • Outlook (email + calendar)
  • Excel (basic spreadsheets, sorting, filters)
  • Word (basic documents)

Training

  • Training is provided. You will be trained on our internal processes, how we set up client accounts, how scheduling works inside webEVV, and how to handle day-to-day admin tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
