Operations Assistant manager

About The Job

Mondial is looking for an Operations Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. The candidate will be responsible for managing the fleet, monitoring drivers, and coordinating between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities.
• Manage fleet schedules and driver assignments.
• Coordinate between operations, finance, and customer service teams.
• Prepare periodic operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience (preferably in delivery apps).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Male candidates only.
• Valid residency in Qatar.
• Immediate availability to join.

Location: Al Wakrah, Qatar

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
