OPERATIONS ASSISTANT PT

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Part-Time to support daily administrative and operational functions in our small Community Church. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to contribute to the smooth running of our office. As an integral part of our team, you will assist our Minister with office management and clerical tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at every turn. The position requires you to be in the office two days per week and offers some ability to perform some duties remotely.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills in a professional setting
  • Previous experience in personal assistant roles or office experience preferred
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is advantageous
