Operations Assistant (Tagalog Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily performance and availability of delivery platforms across all restaurant locations.
  • Maintain menu accuracy by reviewing item availability, pricing, and descriptions on all platforms.
  • Support store managers with delivery-related concerns and coordinate with platform representatives when needed.
  • Update menu images and descriptions to ensure consistency with brand standards.
  • Assist restaurant teams in resolving technical issues on delivery dashboards by liaising with IT and platform support.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef and marketing team to upload and launch new menu items.
  • Track and compile cancelled or refunded orders from internal channels and email communications.
  • Investigate discrepancies in orders by working closely with restaurant teams and reviewing reports.
  • Communicate with delivery partners to clarify issues and follow up on settlement requests.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation of refunds and payments.
  • Record and report daily sales figures for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and organize invoices from external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare and analyze dine-in and delivery sales reports when required.
  • Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions, and basic reporting tools).
  • Generate both detailed and summary reports for major delivery platforms.
  • Compare POS data with financial reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
  • Share sales reports with restaurant managers and the marketing team for tracking and planning purposes.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide clear, concise summaries.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or food service is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, identifying inconsistencies, and suggesting improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates.
