Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met

Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting

Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation

Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively

Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity

Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 3 plus years of related experience
