CDD Ops Associate

Position Overview

CDD Ops Associate is responsible for building, managing, and

maintaining a comprehensive network of qualified facilitators to support the

organization's Learning & Development initiatives. This role requires a deep

understanding of L&D requirements, facilitator competencies, and network

management to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Network Development & Sourcing

Identify, and onboard new facilitators across diverse subject matter

areas

Develop and maintain relationships with freelance facilitators, training

consultants, and subject matter experts

Create and execute sourcing strategies through professional networks

and industry associations

Conduct initial screening and assessment of potential facilitators

Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of engagement with facilitators

Training Execution & Logistics

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and scheduling for facilitators working

within the budgetary requirements.

Liaise with clients to gather training materials, venue specifications, and tech

setup needs.

Manage training calendars, timelines, and pre-session preparations.

Provide facilitators for appropriate trainings based on client requirements and

program within the required TAT

Ensure seamless execution of all logistical components for both in-person and

virtual training programs.

Database Management & Administration

Maintain comprehensive facilitator database with detailed profiles

Track facilitator availability, specializations, geographical coverage, and

preferred delivery methods

Manage facilitator compliance requirements

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and facilitator

rating systems

Handle escalations and performance issues professionally and

effectively

Fulfil requisitions

Match facilitators to specific programs based on subject expertise,

delivery style, and audience requirements

Support L&D teams in briefing facilitators on organizational culture,

learning objectives, and participant expectations

Facilitator Relationship Management

Maintain strong professional relationships with facilitators in the network

Coordinate facilitator onboarding and orientation processes

Facilitate communication between facilitators and project teams

Building partnerships (for experienced candidates)

Identify facilitators that can be good partners

Propose them to the leadership and establishing a partnership

Generate revenue through the partnership

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development,

Business Administration, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in recruitment, Staffing, sourcing talent

management, or consultancy operations is preferred

Experience with database management and contract management is

preferred

Experience in building communities is a plus.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to

Organization: Strong project management and organizational abilities

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and address performance

issues diplomatically

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
