We’re looking for a driven professional to head our logistics & supply chain function, ensuring smooth operations, efficient distribution, and strong vendor partnerships to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire operations of the company.
• Develop and implement new distribution strategies to optimize delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory end-to-end: stock planning, tracking, and timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Build, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Maintain and analyze all logistics data, records, and cost reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and quality standards for all shipments.
• Oversee the process for returns, claims, and damaged products, driving improvements in efficiency.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and optimization in logistics and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, and customer support) to align supply chain goals with business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in vendor management and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of logistics software/tools, MS Excel, basic mathematics and data reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to driving operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
