Operations Associate

ezBike is a leading provider of electric bike solutions, committed to enhancing urban mobility and sustainability. We are seeking a dedicated Live Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure the seamless functioning of our electric bike fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Tracker Management:

- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of GPS trackers on all electric bikes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any tracking issues promptly to maintain real-time visibility.

Swapping Station Oversight:

- Ensure that battery swapping stations are operational and adequately stocked.

- Conduct regular checks and maintenance to optimize performance and user experience.

After-Sales Support for Clients:

- Manage and support after-sales service for corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved quickly.

- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Data Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on operations metrics, bike performance, and client feedback.

- Use data insights to recommend improvements in operations and service offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in operations or logistics, preferably in the mobility or tech industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

- Proficient in using operational software and tools; experience with GPS tracking systems is a plus.
