Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our growing operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily supply chain activities across warehousing, logistics, and vendor partnerships—ensuring timely delivery, inventory control, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Logistics Coordination: Manage daily dispatches, track shipments, and ensure timely order deliveries through 3PL (Third Party Logistics) partners.

● Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with warehousing partners, logistics providers, and packaging vendors to maintain SLA compliance and seamless operations.

● Customer Resolution Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve logistics-related issues such as delayed deliveries, lost parcels, or returns.

● Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at warehouses and assist in monthly physical inventory audits and reconciliations.

● Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions for better performance and cost-efficiency.

● System Updates: Ensure accurate system entries for order tracking, vendor billing, and dispatch records.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

● 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing (D2C or e-commerce experience preferred)

● Familiarity with 3PL coordination, order management tools, and inventory systems

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

● Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to ERP or OMS tools is a plus
