Operations Associate

Role Overview
The Hub Operations Associate supports daily warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure fast, accurate and damage-free fulfilment of solar panels, inverters and BOS products. The role focuses on disciplined inventory handling and smooth dispatch execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming material from suppliers and transporters- Verify quantities and Inspect for visible damage or shortages- Support unloading using manual handling/forklift/hydra- Ensure proper tagging and storage readiness
- Assist in daily cycle counts and stock checks- Pick items accurately based on system order list- Handle panels and inverters carefully- Ensure correct quantity and SKU before dispatch

- Use mobile/app/WMS for order and stock updates

- Support the sales team by converting leads generated through cold calling and field activities

- Take ownership of additional responsibilities as required in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Experience & Skills- 1–4 years experience in warehouse/logistics/operations- Comfortable handling physical inventory- Basic familiarity with mobile apps or warehouse systems- Attention to detail and discipline- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
