Operations Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking for an Operations Associate to continuously monitor property daily operations and collaborate with onshore teams to support key business operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a background in operations, property management, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Continuously monitor property performance and provide insights for improvement

✅ Collaborate with the onshore team to support delinquency tracking and make-ready dashboards

✅ Ensure completion of tasks by coordinating with team members and stakeholders

✅ Oversee and manage projects as needed

✅ Maintain consistent communication with clients and their agents onshore

✅ Identify areas of opportunity and process improvement within property management

✅ Conduct audits across all aspects of operations management

✅ Evening shift 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Strong mathematical and analytical skills

✔ Understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles

✔ Excellent time management and attention to detail

✔ Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite

✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and partner data

✔ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Finance and Technology)

🔹 Experience in operations or technical operations

🔹 Proven experience in driving process improvement
