Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Complete general office support

Responsible for reception duties

Execute tasks related to planned in-house or off-site activities like team building,

celebrations, and conferences

Maintain an inventory and upkeep the order of office and kitchen supplies as needed

Welcome guests to the office in a friendly and professional manner and assist with
-
conference room setup for client/vendor meetings
-
Place purchase orders on behalf of others
-
Become a Guided Buying superuser
-
Track parking permits
-
Provide administrative support to the Ops Team
Minimum Experience/Skills Required
-
Bachelor’s Degree BA/BS
-
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in office management or administrative assistance
-
Self-motivated; driven, cares about the quality, presentation and delivery of the work

Ability to be flexible as priorities shift and with direction manage time to meet changing and evolving needs
-
Work collaboratively to accomplish company goals with a positive attitude
-
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment on multiple projects efficiently
