Entry Level Operations Associate (Remote)

Location: Remote (Office is based in Riyadh)

Salary: 4,000 SAR per month Benefits: Medical insurance provided + comprehensive on-the-job training, fully remote working (must be based in Saudi Arabia)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Operations Associate to join our growing recruitment consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in operations, recruitment, and HR within the GCC market. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with government compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Help coordinate recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
• Utilise technology tools and systems for data management and reporting
• Provide general HR and operational support to the team
• Learn and contribute to process improvements as you gain experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field
• Strong communication skills Arabic & English
• Highly organised, reliable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working remotely with a proactive attitude
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
