Key Responsibilities

• Engage with converted leads, provide guidance on the portal, and facilitate pending payment collection
• Onboard students onto the portal, offering continuous support throughout their journey
• Foster strong relationships with students by addressing their queries and concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and manage the database of converted leads
• Maintain and update CRM systems and other essential tools for seamless operations
• Communicate with customers through phone and email to ensure a smooth experience
• Drive sales conversions to support business growth and revenue objectives
• Optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
  
  

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field
• Previous experience in operations or relationship management is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students effectively
• Ability to secure payments and handle sensitive conversations professionally
• Strong ability to resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage various responsibilities
