Job Title: Operations & Business Lead (Glosix Properties)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Experience: 1–3 Years (Post-Graduation/Professional)

Education: Executive MBA (EMBA) or MBA from a reputable institution

Reporting to: CEO / Group Director

Position Overview

Glosix is seeking a high-energy, strategically-minded Operations & Business Lead to spearhead the launch and formalization of Glosix Properties. This is a "founding" role for a professional who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build a real estate vertical from the ground up.

You will not just be managing properties; you will be designing the systems that allow Glosix Properties to scale, integrating our group’s technological and construction strengths into the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities1. Process Initiation & SOP Design

  • Design and implement the end-to-end workflow for property acquisition, listing, and sales.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client management and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with Glosix Systems to deploy CRM and ERP tools tailored for real estate operations.

2. Market Entry & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify high-yield investment pockets in Lahore (DHA, Bahria, Gulberg, etc.).
  • Develop a 12-month roadmap for market penetration and brand positioning.
  • Analyze competitor models to ensure Glosix offers a unique value proposition.

3. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard high-net-worth (HNW) investors and corporate clients.
  • Build a network of reliable third-party vendors, legal consultants, and property evaluators.
  • Synergize with Glosix Construction to market internal projects to external buyers.

4. Financial & Performance Reporting

  • Manage the initial budget for the Properties wing.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lead Conversion Rate and ROI per project.

Candidate Profile

  • The "Founder" Mindset: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Academic Background: An EMBA that has sharpened your grasp of organizational behavior and strategic marketing.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern project management and CRM tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
