Operations Chef / Kitchen Manager

Chef Trios Restaurant is seeking a talented and motivated Operation Chef (Keralite Preferred) to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes

Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff

Assist with menu preparation, food costing, and inventory control

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a similar leadership kitchen role

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of professional kitchen operations

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

Should be well versed with the hygiene standards of the restaurant.

Extensive knowledge of south and North Indian cuisine and other multinational cuisines
