Position Summary:
Operations Clerk 1 will play a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse and production operations. This encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including receiving, pick and pack, cycle count, replenishment, and assembly. This individual should showcase a high level of expertise, possess strong attention to detail, and contribute to fostering an organized and streamlined operations environment.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Pick and Pack Functions:
-
Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders.

Package and prepare orders for shipment following company guidelines.

Utilize packing materials efficiently to ensure the safety of products during transportation.

Assembly:
-
Execute assembly tasks following detailed instructions.

Utilize tools and other equipment to assemble components to meet quality standards.

Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.

Quality Control and Safety Compliance:

Conduct thorough inspections of both assembled components, cut lenses, and orders to verify compliance with quality standards.

Document any defects or deviations and report them to leadership.

Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks.
-
Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.

Contribute to maintaining an organized and clean operations environment.

Cycle Count and Replenishment Functions:

Participate and accurately perform cycle counts as required.

Monitor stock levels and assist in initiating replenishment activities.

Work closely with the leadership to track stock status and availability.

Team Collaboration, Training, and Skill Development:

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership to address challenges and meet deadlines.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, ladders, pallet jacks, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

0 - 2 years of previous experience in operations with a focus on warehousing and production.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Physical agility to operate equipment.
