Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Operations & Client Management Executive to manage client coordination, logistics, staff schedules, and overall operational efficiency for our e-commerce business. The role involves ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and the operations team, while keeping all deliveries, repairs, and daily office tasks running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients to ensure on-time delivery of products ordered through our e-commerce platforms.
- Communicate with drivers and technicians to ensure proper handling, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Prepare and organize all delivery notes, collect client signatures, and ensure branding is done before dispatch.
- Provide clients with accurate delivery documents and confirm completion of orders.
- Handle walk-in clients, provide assistance, and confirm their delivery or repair schedules.
Supplier & Stock Management:
- Organize and follow up with suppliers to ensure products are received on schedule.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, manage returns, and conduct regular stock checks.
- Suggest and convince customers for alternative products if original items are unavailable.
- Ensure all purchase orders are processed and delivered without delay.
Staff & Office Coordination:
- Monitor staff attendance, check-in/out timings, and maintain attendance records.
- Prepare and manage daily work schedules for drivers, technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring peace and harmony among staff.
- Keep the office organized, clean, and functioning efficiently.
Reporting & Administration:
- Report daily activities and progress to management, including deliveries, pending tasks, and client feedback.
- Reply to all business emails promptly and professionally.
- Set appointments, schedules, and reminders for deliveries, repairs, and meetings.
- Maintain detailed records and reports for management review.
- Ensure effective communication across all departments and maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or client management (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
