Operations Controller

Job Summary

We are a 24/7 operations office supporting multiple field teams. This role is not a traditional dispatcher position. We are looking for a proactive, analytical professional who can think ahead, identify issues before they become problems, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

If you prefer being told exactly what to do every minute of the day, this is not the right position.
If you take ownership, notice details others miss, and communicate early when something looks off, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Create operational tickets accurately and completely
• Review schedules and proactively plan workload distribution
• Monitor operations throughout your shift and identify potential gaps
• Escalate time-sensitive issues appropriately
• Review tickets for accuracy before submission to accounting
• Generate and submit required reports
• Communicate clearly with drivers, team members, and management
• Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

• Ability to analyze schedules and identify conflicts independently

• Reliability, our operation runs 24/7 and your shift matters
• Ability to follow policy, especially escalation timelines

• Problems are identified before management hears about them
• Tickets are accurate and rarely need correction
• Drivers and customers receive consistent, professional communication
• Reports are complete and on time
• Management can trust the shift is under control

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Operations management: 2 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
